Half-Day = 1-4 hours, Full-Day = 5-8 hours. Need extra time? RM 50-200 per additional hour depending on vehicle. No rigid schedules.

Pay 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% balance on the day. We accept DuitNow, FPX, credit/debit card, or cash.

Transfer is point-to-point — e.g. airport to hotel, ferry terminal to city, with up to 2 quick stops. Half-Day Tour gives you 1-4 hours with multiple stops & flexible itinerary — perfect for a city tour. Full-Day Tour gives you 5-8 hours — ideal for cross-state trips (Penang, Perlis) or comprehensive sightseeing.
Absolutely! Send us your preferred stops in advance via WhatsApp, or let our driver suggest the best route based on your interests (food, nature, shopping, culture). We're flexible — it's your tour.
No worries — we monitor your flight. The driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly, free of charge for delays up to 60 minutes. Just share your flight number when booking. Beyond 60 minutes, a small waiting fee (RM 30/hour) may apply.
Yes! We cover the entire northern region. Popular routes: Alor Setar ↔ Kuala Kedah Ferry (for Langkawi), Penang day trips, Perlis (Wang Kelian, Kangar), and the Thai border (Padang Besar, Bukit Kayu Hitam). Cross-state trips are best done with our Full-Day package.
Yes — just let your driver know. Extra hours are charged at RM 50-200/hour depending on vehicle, payable directly to the driver in cash or via DuitNow. Please note that extensions are subject to driver availability for the next booking.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — full refund of your deposit. Cancel within 24 hours: 50% refund. No-show: deposit forfeited. One free reschedule allowed, subject to availability.
Yes — child seats and booster seats are available free on request (please mention when booking). For wheelchair-accessible vehicles or special needs, please WhatsApp us in advance and we'll arrange the right vehicle.
